Materials We Use

We seal with commercial-grade paver sealer and use polymeric-free ceramic joint sand, available in a range of finishes: Natural (matte), Satin, Wet look, High gloss.

Questions

Why do my pavers turn white?

That white haze is efflorescence — mineral salts rising up through the paver as moisture evaporates. It’s common, not a sign of damage, and a proper clean-and-seal removes it and helps prevent it from coming back as quickly.

How long do I need to stay off my pavers after sealing?

Foot traffic is typically fine within a day; keep vehicles and heavy furniture off longer while the sealer fully cures. We’ll give you exact timing for the product used on your job.

What’s the difference between a natural look and a wet look?

A natural (matte/low-gloss) finish keeps the paver’s original texture and color close to dry-look. A wet look (high-gloss) finish deepens the color and adds shine, similar to how pavers look right after rain.
